The Byrds.

The Byrds were an American Rock Band formed in L.A California 1964.

Although they only managed to attain Commercial  success like other Rock Band at that time (Rolling Stone The Beach Boys The Beatles) for a short period of time 1956-66.

The Byrds are today considered by critics to be one of the most influential  Bands of the 1960’s.

The progress of the Band was a mix of psychedelic Rock, Raga Rock and Country Rock. The group consisted of Jim McGuinn, David Crosby, Chris Hillman and Michael Clarke.

This version of the Band was short-lived. Some of the best songs are their cover version of Bob Dylan’s ” Mr. Tambourine Man” and Peter Seegers “Tum! Tum! Tum! along whit their original’s ” I’ll feel a whole lot better” “Eight Miles High” ” So you want to be a Rock Star”.
